- Did you serve in the military during World War II? Where did you serve? What do you remember about your service?
- Did you participate in any relief efforts on the homefront? If so, what did you do?
- Did you have to go to work during World War II? What did you do? Was this your first job?
- What was it like to go to school during World War II? Did you discuss the war at school?
- Do you remember being frightened during the war? What was that like?
