Waseca

Waseca was located in the northern part of Johnson County in the Kansas River Valley at what was the junction of the Atchinson, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad with the Kansas City, Lawrence and Southern Kansas Railroad. Waseca's post office was established in 1882.
