J. S. Danks

J. S. Danks was born in Kentucky, was brought up to the tanner’s trade; went to Texas at the age of 22, and after a brief sojourn he returned to Ky., where he continued his trade for eight years, when his health failed, and he came to Kansas, locating near Tiblow. Subsequently coming to Johnson Co., he located on his present homestead, which he improved to its present comfortable condition.
